All orders will be processed within 2 to 3 days from the date of order by the carrier selected based on your location and with the fastest service available.

Items are only processed Monday to Friday and not on weekends or public holidays.

The usual delivery time is 10 to 15 business days but you may receive your items much sooner. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow them every step of the way. Packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as delays due to customs or postal delays.

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number for you to follow the progress and track your order all the way to you.

The tracking of your parcel can take a couple days to be updated once the order is shipped.

Start by checking in abnormal spots such as your porch, with your neighbors, leasing office of an apartment, etc. Every now and then the mail carriers leave packages in odd spots.

Occasionally mail carriers will mark a packaged delivered before the package is actually left at your shipping address. Please allow 2 business days after your order is marked “delivered” to see if it arrives slightly later than expected. You can also check with the courier as well for this parcel.
